In conjunction with Hotel Marcel, sustainability is at our core. Our menu combines locally sourced ingredients with sustainably sourced meats and poultry, creating artfully composed dishes. The beverage program includes a collection from regional distilleries and breweries, as well as a selection of sustainable, organic, and biodynamic wines.

Originally from Denton, TX just north of Dallas, Chef Megan shares her passion for farm to table and from scratch cooking. Tying into BLDG's mission of sustainable dining, Chef sources her menu's ingredients locally and from farmers who instill sustainability into their practice.
